How to Edit an Existing Chatbot Flow

 

To edit a flow that you have already created, follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to Flows Management: Click on Flows in the side navigation menu to see a list of all your existing flows.
  2. Select a Flow: Find the flow you want to edit in the list and click on its name or the "Edit" button to open it in the flow editor.
  3. Edit Flow Settings:
    • Rename the Flow: You can change the name of the flow in the "Flow Name" input field. Click "Update Flow Settings" to save the new name.
    • Import/Export: You can import a new flow structure or export the current flow as a JSON file using the "Import Flow" and "Export Flow" buttons.
  4. Delete a Flow:
    • If you need to delete a flow, click the "Delete Flow" button in the "Danger Zone" section.
    • A confirmation modal will appear. To confirm, type the exact name of the flow into the input field and click "Delete this flow".
