Purpose
The Send Media node allows you to send various types of media to your users, including images, videos, and PDF documents. This is perfect for sharing product images, promotional videos, or informational brochures.
Configuration
- Media URL: Enter the public URL of the media file you want to send. This URL must be accessible from the internet. You can also use a variable that contains a URL (e.g.,
{{document_url}}). - Caption (Optional): Add a text caption that will be sent along with the media file. This is useful for providing context or a call to action.
Usage Example
After a Generate Document node creates an invoice and saves its URL to the {{invoice_url}} variable, you can connect a Send Media (PDF) node. Set the "PDF URL" field to {{invoice_url}} and add a caption like "Here is the invoice for your recent purchase."
