Purpose
The Quick Replies node sends a message with interactive buttons, allowing users to make a selection with a single tap. This is ideal for menus, yes/no questions, or guiding a conversation.
Configuration
- Message: The main text that appears above the buttons.
- Footer (Optional): A short line of text that appears at the very bottom of the message.
- Buttons: You can add up to 10 buttons. Each button you add creates a new output handle on the node, allowing you to create a unique conversation path for each choice.
- List Button Name (for >3 buttons): If you add more than 3 buttons, WhatsApp automatically converts them into a "List Message". This field lets you define the text for the button that opens the list (e.g., "View Options").
Branching
Connect each button's output handle to the next node in the sequence for that choice. The "Else" handle is triggered if the user types a response instead of tapping a button, allowing you to handle unexpected input.
